How can I submit a bug OR request a feature?

 We recommend that you use the jinkō built-in feedback platform, a simple tool which allows you to take a screenshot or video, edit/comment them and send them over to us instantly. You can find it in the menu 'help & feedback' of the left panel, available at all time.
